Responsible for coaching Masters swimmers and helping to build Masters program. Must have ability to incorporate different swimmer's abilities and help them feel part of a team.
Group is interested in improving technique and endurance in an environment that is supportive, encouraging, and friendly. Coach will be responsible for coordinating and attending Open Water Swims/ once per month, and occasional meets as needed. Pay is hourly.
